The staffs here are beautiful souls. I am very thankful for their kindness. nene, papa, jane, alan, nathan, philip, pleng, mang, jib, tiw, nan, mai, now, pia, nui, mangkorn, fen, pia, and may are very professionals. i arrived after an accident and surgery, their kindness helped my mental health.
The sewage scent was very bad. I smelled it all night, it was awful. the soil runoff under the dustbin in the bathroom made things worse, the smell wasn't masked at all. the room lights are too bright, it was hard to sleep.

While there is no on-site restaurant, several restaurants are nearby. I tried a mexican restaurant called 'amore', and it was very good. the sunday market on the street outside offers various food options. this is convenient.

the hotel is in the center of the city, so getting around was easy. the location is perfect, with a sunday market right outside. many restaurants and bars are within walking distance.

Check-in was smooth, and the hotel provided tasty local snacks in the morning. There is also a nice cafe right at the front, I found very convenient. Staff members were kind and helpful, including Phillip, who worked the night shift, and Nathan and Amanda, during the day. They helped us with luggage and arranging a taxi.
The noise from the street bothered me throughout the night. I could hear lots of noise from the road all night, and this ruined my sleep. I would advise others to avoid rooms on the street if they are sensitive to noise.

The lobby features beautiful antique displays with informative descriptions, giving the hotel a museum-like feel. These well kept items added to the unique character of the building.

I enjoyed the complimentary coffee, tea, and pastries each morning. This small offering felt generous and provided a convenient way to start the day before exploring the area. The cappuccinos from the café were delicious as well.

My room faced the street. It was noisy all night. the traffic sounds really disrupted my sleep. i also found the breakfast selection quite limited. There were not many options i liked. i ended up skipping it most mornings and getting something elsewhere.

The staff was helpful and friendly (Alan and Nathan.). The hotel's decor is beautiful. The beds were super comfortable. The location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and bars. I really enjoyed the complimentary snacks and drinks offered.
The sound of the wooden floor is quite strong. I could hear people walking clearly.
